Does my user need to install anything?
For a one-off session, no: they open a link or enter a code, and a small client runs without admin rights. For unattended access, a light agent installs once.
Where does my data live?
All your data is hosted in the European Union. Sessions are encrypted end to end.
Can I leave ScreenConnect, TeamViewer or AnyDesk without downtime?
Yes. Deploy the Ubidesk agent via GPO, Intune or script and keep the old tool running in parallel during the switch. Migration assistance included.
How is it billed?
